Sub.Lieutenant Prapas Limpabandhu (3rd right), Advisor to the Energy Minister presided over NamPhong energy business group scholarship presentation together with Krairit Nilkuha (2nd right), Director-General, Department of Mineral Fuels, Yongyot Harnsuvanich (4th right), Vice President of ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Khorat Inc, and management of NamPhong energy business group. Other participants of the presentation include government officials and residents of local community. 2008 scholarship presentation was held on 25 July 2008.

Namphong energy business group comprises of ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Khorat Inc., Namphong power plant- EGAT, Pipeline Operation section 4- PTT plc., and Hess (Thailand) Limited. The group conducts energy business to increase security of energy in Northeast of Thailand and continually supports this scholarship program Namphong students since 2004, in totally 1,136 scholarships or 1,355,400 Baht.
