Esso’s Executives and Employees Donate Educational Kits to Walai School

Mr. Daniel E. Lyons (Left), Chairman and Managing Director of Esso (Thailand) PCL., presented a set of encyclopedia to Mr. Thanit Vajarodaya (Right), Director of the Office of His Majesty's Principal Private Secretary for use as an educational tool at Walai School, Hua-Hin District, Prachubkirikhan province.

This is part of the activities during the visit by a group of executives and employees of Esso and ExxonMobil affiliates in Thailand to visit the school. Esso earlier supported for constructing a library at the Walai school in 2006. The group also gave educational funds, schooling kits, stationeries and toys for students at Walai School.

The school was originally constructed by HRH Somdej Phra Srinakarindra Boromarajjonnani in 1966 and later became a school under the royal patronage of His Majesty the King to provide primary education of prathom 1-4 to local students.
