Esso Introduces New Chairman and Managing Director

  Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced that the Board of Directors has elected Robert Michael Cooper as Chairman and Managing Director of the company effective September 1, 2009.

Mr. Cooper graduated from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts. He joined Esso Petroleum Company in the U.K. that same year. He had assignments in various departments in ExxonMobil affiliates in the U.K. and the U.S. Prior to this appointment, he served as Manager, Investor Relations, Exxon Mobil Corporation since 2006.
