Mr. Tanin Kraivixien (2nd from left), in his capacity as Vice President of the SUPPORT Foundation, recently received a cheque for 200,000 baht from Mr. Robert Michael Cooper (2nd from right), Chairman and Managing Director of Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The contribution was to support the Bangsai Arts and Crafts Centre in organizing three sessions of an exhibition to display and promote its masterpieces and fine products in April, October and November 2010 respectively at the 2nd floor, Life Style Hall, Siam Paragon.

The Bangsai Arts and Crafts Centre is operated under the supervision of The Foundation for the Promotion of Supplementary Occupations and Related Techniques (SUPPORT) under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen. It was established to enhance Thai heritage activities, particularly handicrafts, while improving villagers’ income and quality of life. Well-known in Thailand and abroad for its fine collection of handicrafts and crafts training to villagers, the Center is also a popular tourist attraction.
