Esso Supports Electronic and Computer Skill Center for Handicapped People

Mr. Mongkolnimit Auacherdkul (back row, 5th right), Director and Manager for Public and Government Affairs, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, presented a contribution of 250,000 baht to Father Worawut Saraphan (back row, 4th right), Vice president of the Father Ray Foundation. This support was given to help develop an Electronic and Computer Skill Center for the Redemptorist Vocational School for People with Disabilities operated by the Father Ray Foundation.

The Father Ray Foundation is a charitable organization set up to make a positive difference to the lives of underpriviledged children, young people with disabilities and the poor. It is located in the Banlamung district of Cholburi province. There are many modern essential courses run for those with disabilities at its Redemptorist Vocational School such as Computer, Sciences, Electronics, English, Drawing and disabled people improvement. The school provides its services free to disabled students and there are now more than 2,000 graduates countrywide.

Esso’s support for the Electronic and Computer Skill Center will help improve the center’s facilities to support skills enhancement of physically disabled students and help them to work and contribute to Thai society.
