Esso Donates 840,000 Product Can Lids to The Prostheses Foundation

Chiangmai – Esso, together with DSO Chemical, donated 840,000 product can lids to The Prostheses Foundation to use in making artificial limbs for the handicapped in commemoration of HM the King’s 84th birthday.

Mr. Yodpong Sutatham (3rd left), Director and Retail Sales Manager, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, together with Mr. Siriboon Wangveerathananon (5th left), Chairman, DSO Chemical Co., Ltd. - a producer of diesel and benzene fuel conditioners, donated 840,000 product can lids to use in making artificial limbs for the handicapped, to Asst. Prof. Therdchai Jivacate (4th left), Secretary General, The Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. The Princess Mother.
H.R.H. The Princess Mother established The Prostheses Foundation in 1992 to provide the physically handicapped with free prostheses, made from recycled materials, which are lighter, and are significantly less expensive to produce.
