Esso Sriracha Refinery opens 2022 Voluntary English Teaching Program 

Sriracha Refinery Technical Division Manager Supicha Teerachaichayuti (seated, 4th left), together with Safety, Security, Health & Environment Division Manager Somboon Ruamkonthong (seated, 6th left), Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, and employees met and greeted students of Wat Laemchabang School during the opening of 2022 Volunteer Teaching English Program. Phenkhae Sermsri, director of Wat Laemchabang School, welcomed the Sriracha Refinery Team.

Esso Sriracha Refinery opens 2022 Voluntary English Teaching Program 
Sriracha English Teaching Volunteers

Initiated in 2003, the program encourages employees to use their English communication skills to teach students of Matayom 1 in a one-hour class once a week. A total of 24 employee volunteered for the class in the academic year of 2022.

The Voluntary English Teaching Program is a part of Esso Refinery’s corporate social responsibility program that enables employees to be the company ambassador as well as to strengthen the relationship with the community to grow together.

Esso and ExxonMobil affiliates in Thailand provide quality fuels and lubes as well as chemical products to serve the growth of the country. The companies emphasize on doing business operations that go along with social responsibility, while engaging, creating and supporting development in the operating communities.
