Esso launches second “Tiger’s Heirs” program to train next generation of Esso service station dealers

During the program, the participants heard about several relevant topics such as the handling of generational gap issues and participated in experience sharing sessions on entrepreneurship and service station management. They also visited Esso’s oil terminal at Lumlukka, a Caffè D´Oro factory, and flagship Esso service stations with alliance partners including McDonald's, Burger King, and Caffè D´Oro. The program aims to equip the next generation of Esso service station dealers with the knowledge and skills applicable to their future role in service station management.
